We had windows and doors installed by Weatherseal. There is nothing obviously wrong with the products, its the complete disregard Weatherseal have for us, the customer. Windows installed within a week which was good. They the faults that had to be rectified went on and on and on. For example, the engineer who was due to come and fit a faulty door panel didn't turn up on the day (lost days holiday), they he came the next day and didn't even know why he was here so, he didn't have the panel with him.
