I was called a LIAR from one of the receptionists in the office -- she was yelling at me and would not give me her name. I asked for her supervisor and she placed, Patty on the phone which happened to be another receptionists in the office.

I originally tried to change my daughter's doctor appointment and no one in two days was ever available to answer the phones because I received the answering machine on every call, except on the day of the appointment when she verbably abused me.

I would like for that person to be on probation because what she did to me I'm more than convinced that she has done so to other customers like myself.
