I was called a LIAR from one of the receptionists in the office -- she was yelling at me and would not give me her name. I asked for her supervisor and she placed, Patty on the phone which happened to be another receptionists in the office. I originally tried to change my daughter's doctor appointment and no one in two days was ever available to answer the phones because I received the answering machine on every call, except on the day of the appointment when she verbably abused me. I would like for that person to be on probation because what she did to me I'm more than convinced that she has done so to other customers like myself. read full review »
