I went to this plastic surgeon for extraction of my breast implants which were leaking and broken. Dr. Randall Harrell, with his luxurious office and smooth words, told me no problem he could do an "en bloc explantation" which means, everything, would be taken out of both my breasts. The one breast with more problems had a capsule around the implant and he said he would extract completely the capsule, this is called capsulectomy. A year and 1/2 later, I had to
have another mammogram which came with the partial capsule and part of the broken implant still inside. Another plastic surgeon had to extract all that. Now, still 4 years later, that same breast is having problems. I don't recommend Dr. Harrell never, not even to my worst enemy. He's unprofessional and the money is very important to him, he's a liar, and opportunistic. When I returned for my return appointment he told me everything went fine and he took everything out., yes, sure. Do not even go for a consult. Doesn't deserve his license. I ran out of time (statue of limitations); by the time I found out, it was late to sue him.
