I went to this plastic surgeon for extraction of my breast implants which were leaking and broken. Dr. Randall Harrell, with his luxurious office and smooth words, told me no problem he could do an "en bloc explantation" which means, everything, would be taken out of both my breasts. The one breast with more problems had a capsule around the implant and he said he would extract completely the capsule, this is called capsulectomy.
