The doctors is very rude and nasty when you come to his office, he don't listen to the problem, just rush through your visit, and he charge different fees for the same services, he has taking me out of work, and have charged me $10.00 to fill out forms, and then he charged to $40.00, 30days later to fill out the same forms. I was release from disablity as of 12/1/2010. I never got a letter to return to work as of 12/1/2010. When called and enquired about the letter I needed, letter that states, when you released me from the disablity, and was I released at that time to go to work. Doctor said he wasn't given me a letter stating I was able to go back to work when he released the disabilty. And also said I was unable to come back to his practice, whick leaves me unable to be released to work, and unable to continue collecting disabilty. Advised doctor that they are so unprofessional and that they shouldn't treat paying, and insured patients this way. Advised doctors office that Iwill put in a complaint on his practice.
