The doctors is very rude and nasty when you come to his office, he don't listen to the problem, just rush through your visit, and he charge different fees for the same services, he has taking me out of work, and have charged me $10.00 to fill out forms, and then he charged to $40.00, 30days later to fill out the same forms.
