Purchased 2 chairs 1/1/2009, was told they would arrive in 6-8 weeks, finally received over 6months later. Couldn't get a straight answer from Drexel Heritage (Scottsdale), an affiliate of Thomasville, until I threatened to cancel my order. Promised chairs would arrive within 2 weeks, 1 month later chairs were delivered. My request to cancel the order was denied. After having the chairs for a little over a month, the seams began to fray and cushions had to be returned for evaluation and ultimately replacement. Another month with 2 unusable chair frames. Again requested chairs be returned to Drexel Heritage due to lack of follow-up, quality, poor customer service and customer satisfaction. Denied. Sent a descriptive e-mail to Corporate Office of Drexel Heritage (SC). Their reply was that the Scottsdale Drexel Heritage is a franchise and its out of their control. The manager of the store (Bruce) has never contacted me to provide a status update although he himself told me he would do so. I warn against buying anything from Drexel Heritage (Scottsdale).
