Purchased 2 chairs 1/1/2009, was told they would arrive in 6-8 weeks, finally received over 6months later. Couldn't get a straight answer from Drexel Heritage (Scottsdale), an affiliate of Thomasville, until I threatened to cancel my order. Promised chairs would arrive within 2 weeks, 1 month later chairs were delivered. My request to cancel the order was denied.
