I ordered a "free" trial of the product. The next month I started receiving shipments of the product. I did not like the product after using the trial and send the shipment back. They kept coming every month. I sent them all back unopened. None of them were credited to my credit card. Initially I could not get a person on the phone. When I finally got an actual person. She did cancel further shipments and credited my account for one. None of the other four shipments were credited. I called the company back and the girl told me that none of the products were ever received back to their warehouse. So she told me that I needed to provide them with proof that I actually sent these products back. They refuse to credit my account until them. I think this company is crooked. How can five shipments that were returned to sender not arrive at their warehouse? I hope they get investigated and the company folds.
