I got a call from work from a woman with a very thick accent telling me I had defaulted on a payday loan and I needed to have my lawyer contact them right away as they were going to start a garnishment against me. Since I was at work I didn't really have time to process what they were saying so my first thought was just to make the payment and deal with it later. I called on my break and gave them my banking info stupid!! stupid ! never ever do that I know better but since I am a customer service manager I wanted my personal business private. These people are scammers and liars!! Once they get your money the contact phone is shut off and they are no more lawyers then I am. If I would have had a brain I would have figured it out when I returned the call and the noise in the background no lawyers office sounds like that. I have had to close my bank account and I am out 400 dollars!! I plan on calling the Att. Generals office and have reported this company to the legal firm at the bank Do not trust anyone No bill collector is going to take you to jail and they have to serve papers on you before they can take any legal action Be aware
