I got a call from work from a woman with a very thick accent telling me I had defaulted on a payday loan and I needed to have my lawyer contact them right away as they were going to start a garnishment against me. Since I was at work I didn't really have time to process what they were saying so my first thought was just to make the payment and deal with it later.
