wrong order
I was at the Dunkin Donuts in the Herkimer Walmart recently. There were two female employees on and they were very nice. It was only until after they took my order that things went wrong. A line began to form behind me and even though I had stepped out of the way, no one waited on the customers behind me. I only got two of the three items I had asked for but since I had waited so long I hadent noticed. I had asked for decaf three times for the same drink (I get a stomach upset when I have too much caffeine) and after I drank it, I got a rotten stomach ache, which only happens if it's caffeinated. One of the girls was training the other one, poorly I might add. They should probably get their act together, or they may make some more customers sick.

bad service and always out of product
Every time I go to this particular Dunkin Donuts they are allways out of donuts and the ones they do actually have are always stale. I always order a mocha iced coffee and no matter who makes it, it is always made horribly and always different. The staff are not friendly at all either. Very dissapointed. This is the one in Ocala right by the interstate, you would think they would be really good considering the location.

The manager Gina
The Manger Gina at the Dunkin Donuts is not a very nice manger she has an Attitude and she hangs up on the Employees... she doesn't have the schedule... made out in time and just is very rude... Shouldn't be a manger ... Not nice at all ... Is not a friendly person... needs to be nicer... Needs to not be there if she can't have her work done in time... Shouldn't be hanging up on phone calls... Wish she can be more helpful and more of a manger by having her work done on time or helping her co-workers out more if needed without being rude and mean... The other co-workers aren't very nice either ...

I called corporate because there was no number for the Daleville Dunkin Donuts, this seemed to greatly displease the owner of this particular branch. I called because simply, I've had problems before and this time they were out of a popular syrup for a drink, rude and never received a receipt with purchase for this occasion. After speaking to corporate, the owner was to contact me. I wish I never answered my phone. He proceeded to say I was the problem, that I was anal about how my drink was to be made, I fussed over the stupid things like whipped creme and lids, wouldn't let me finish a thought and continued to call me ignorant if I even tried to correct something he assumed. The greatest was, he first said 'receipts are to be given with every purchase' then to say 'we don't give them with every drive thru purchase because people just throw them out which is what you probably did with yours'. Went on to say that I can go back to the store tomorrow between the hours of 11am-2pm for a free drink on him, if I can't make it, oh well.
Oh, he also told me that 'If you have so many problems with my store, just take your business to McDonald's because I don't need your 'business'. ' I'm going to go out of my way now to stay away from the chains he operates/owns.

about management
Hi i am a regular customer of this DD...when ever i came in i found there is only one or two people working in frount and manager and other crew members are gossiping in the back i wait every time to take some one who take my order...i always saw that one leady swipped in dining area and other one take the customer...one crew member always talked on the phone in the back she never attened me once...manager do her work every time the customer service for me is always poor...i appriciate that two crew member who always in frount and i am really feel bad abt them...i want that manager should be work in the frount and give a good service...

very bad service
I went through the drive through and ordered a medium hot coco with whipped cream and a medium iced caramel latte with whole milk and extra caramel. when i got to the window i payed the lady and she handed me the hot coco 1st... it was a small so i said this is a small and i payed for a medium, she said no that i was wrong and wouldnt give me the correct size. then she handed me my latte and it was made witth skim milk, i get a latte everyday and i no how it is suppost to taste. i told her it was wrong and to please remake it correctly. she again told me i was wrong and at this point i was getting mad. i said to remake it cuz i didnt like it and she said ill just give u your money back and u can leave. i said no, i just want my latte please... she told me to pull in a parking spot and she would bring it out, i said no please just remake it, she then handed me the same latte but added more caramel... i said i saw u just add caramel, she kept arguing with me rather than just remaking it. finally i agreed to pull over, after waiting 5 minutes i went inside and they hadnt even made it yet, so i waited... she made it and started talking about me in portugese not knowing that i can understand the language. i asked for the managers name and telephone number or corporates number and she said no and asked me to leave. worst service ever.

This woman...
I've been to this store SEVERAL times in the Biltmore area of downtown and EVERY SINGLE TIME the lady at the front counter is rude. Her name Is SANDRA and she obviously does not want to be there in the mornings. She is real short with all the customers, she never smiles, and acts as though she some god complex. Seriously, I asked her for less ice in my iced coffee (I have sensitive teeth) and she said, "we can't do that you get a full cup of ice, then the coffee. If I give you less ice, you get less drink". SERIOUSLY?!? How much does that stuff cost, like 4 cents a cup?

The other employess are fine people! But this lady has some issues...

match up orders
he quality of service in Dunkin Donuts 37 ditmars blvd decrease day by day.Some of the new employees are so unsmart and can't pick order properly.I am a regular customer of Dunkin donuts and I like the coffee of dunkin donuts very much. But I was very much disappointed on December 23 after 11 PM when I went 37 Ditmars Blvd (probably 37-23 Ditmars Blvd) and bought 3 coffees and ordered to not adding suger. I was coming back home and found that The employee put more suger in all of the coffees and I bought a Flatbread which was burnt and couldn't eat.

Lack Of Service
This complain is to the one they call 'Ricky'. I am directing this to him because he is a mousey little fuck who thinks he can mess with peoples hearts. His flawless chiseled face, ambiguous body, and dyed greenish-bluish hair. This boy is every mans dream, and my complaint is my broken heart, and my solo steak dinner date, I wish he had joined me.

employees terrible attitude
Female employee at evening shift not using gloves and overcharging customers, TERRIBLE attitude and speaking about clients in a depictable manner right in front of them but in her language and refuses to give me a receipt for me to see what I'm being charged for. Can't do her job right and throws the latte right on the counter sprinkling coffee on my face. Its unacceptable and embarrasing that a franchise like Dunkin Donuts is hiring such human GARBAGE. The franchise management should close that particular store if they can't get normal working people behind their counters.
