I've been to this store SEVERAL times in the Biltmore area of downtown and EVERY SINGLE TIME the lady at the front counter is rude. Her name Is SANDRA and she obviously does not want to be there in the mornings. She is real short with all the customers, she never smiles, and acts as though she some god complex. Seriously, I asked her for less ice in my iced coffee (I have sensitive teeth) and she said, "we can't do that you get a full cup of ice, then the coffee. If I give you less ice, you get less drink".
