I ordered a Custom Nike Dunks High (Back to the Future) pair of shoes from Dunks-nike.com. I got the shoes in damaged form with their stitching torn off and the sole of the shoe broken. I called the customer care and they told me that they couldn't refund my money because damaged product was not refundable. I find this utter nonsense because what other kind of product would get a refund!
