Unknown to me, that are so many complaints against this company, I also have the same complaint. Received an e-mail offering free package with only shipping cost. There was no fine print on e-mail of cost for this product.
Received it, then few days after a package came with cartridges and a bill for $109.90. Sent package back & left message on first e-mail, telling them what a sleazy business they were running. They erased their address leaving only my message. Called them & told them I had not authorized them using my charge card to bill me and to credit my account. They basically hung up on me. Why is nothing being done to stop these people from scamming people who are trying to stop smoking.
I am fighting them on my credit card and plan to call MA District Attorney. I counted over 55 complaints on this site.
