Unknown to me, that are so many complaints against this company, I also have the same complaint. Received an e-mail offering free package with only shipping cost. There was no fine print on e-mail of cost for this product. Received it, then few days after a package came with cartridges and a bill for $109.90. Sent package back & left message on first e-mail, telling them what a sleazy business they were running. They erased their address leaving only my message.
