Global Payments Inc is a payment gateway for accepting credit cards online. I had the pleasure of doing business with them due to a person who claimed they did not receive a product from me. This escalated to a chargeback. I spoke to 9 different persons and was given 15 different answers as to why I was not going to get my $188.00 back. Global Payments Inc did not follow Master Card procedure. They closed out my case and did not allow me my 45 days to appeal. They never even sent my paperwork to Master Card. They claim I did not send the documents in on time. According to MC, after 9 days Global Payments should have started arbitration and that would have given me 45 days. Also, MC says that if you think it's fraud you MUST send it to arbitration. I had proof of everything and everything Master Card request, but they still would not submit the items. This company hires idiots. I could not even get a Supervisor that knew what they were talking about. Of course the manger nver called me back. DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR CREDIT CARD GATEWAY.
