Global Payments Inc is a payment gateway for accepting credit cards online. I had the pleasure of doing business with them due to a person who claimed they did not receive a product from me. This escalated to a chargeback. I spoke to 9 different persons and was given 15 different answers as to why I was not going to get my $188.00 back. Global Payments Inc did not follow Master Card procedure. They closed out my case and did not allow me my 45 days to appeal. They never even sent my paperwork to Master Card.
