found East Valley Landscape & Property Clean up Donna/Robert at 480-309-6126 when I wanted clean up services to move out of house rental. Robert came to do evaluation and instructed me to give him $100.00 deposit to "buy cleaning supplies" as part of the $300.00 charged for services. He cancelled for wkend due to illness then we rescheduled. he did come following week and we agreed he would return following day to allow me to clear out more things I was taking so he could do the job. He suddenly phoned me that he would not come back. when I called Donna and asked for my refund deposit she ranted that she had 6 kids and refused. I went to Gilbert police as I have a receipt (no address/they are in Queen Creek) but they were not of help. I am also a single mom with children and need my money for services not delivered.
