found East Valley Landscape & Property Clean up Donna/Robert at 480-309-6126 when I wanted clean up services to move out of house rental. Robert came to do evaluation and instructed me to give him $100.00 deposit to "buy cleaning supplies" as part of the $300.00 charged for services.
