ELK is very good at marketing and responds very quickly and efficiently to new potential clients, but when it comes to delivery, they are shocking! Over a period of two and a half months they have made numerous appointments to come take final meassurements and then never pitch up (after you have moved your appointments to accomodate them). Then on fitting the cupboards they had multiple wrong meassurements. They suggested short cuts to make things fit, which is not what I ordered (AND PAID FOR) but they will take 6 weeks to correct their faults so I had no choice... Some of the panels were completely wrong, they then said they would re-order the panels and it would take 2 days. It took two weeks. Then on finally getting the panels it was a completly different 'pattern' from the already installed cupboards and a diffrent colour! They have since re-orderd the panels and have made numerous appointments to come install them, but have missed all their appointments. They keep making promises that they are on their way but they never pitch! I have had to cancel countless of my own appointments to accomodate them and they have never deliverded!
