ELK is very good at marketing and responds very quickly and efficiently to new potential clients, but when it comes to delivery, they are shocking! Over a period of two and a half months they have made numerous appointments to come take final meassurements and then never pitch up (after you have moved your appointments to accomodate them). Then on fitting the cupboards they had multiple wrong meassurements.
