I am so disgusted, I purchased tall black uggs for my daughter for christmas at $80.99 I placed the order which totaled $97.99 to receive a notice after that an international fee would be charged, I immediately sent them a letter stating that I disagree with this and will only pay what was charged needless to say $99.62 came out of my checking account. I have not received the boots as of date and and out of almost a $100.00 . I have tried to get back on the site and it keeps coming up access denied. I want a refund of my money and will never purchase another thing from the internet...
