I was given an EdenPure Area Air Purifier as a gift. I need a replacement part (other than bulb or filter) and have called 5 different entities, including BioTech and SCI Resource Partners who manufactured the unit, and all I can get is a referral to one of the phone numbers I have already called. I am told by the "service centers" that they only work on the EdenPure Heaters. SCI Resource Partners actually told me to take a picture of the part I needed, email it to them, and they would try to locate a replacement however they could not promise they could locate the part. I was also advised to take the unit to a Small Apliance Repair Shop - if I can't get the part how are they going to get the part? The unit was $227 before shipping and tax. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EDENPURE PRODUCTS!
