I was given an EdenPure Area Air Purifier as a gift. I need a replacement part (other than bulb or filter) and have called 5 different entities, including BioTech and SCI Resource Partners who manufactured the unit, and all I can get is a referral to one of the phone numbers I have already called. I am told by the "service centers" that they only work on the EdenPure Heaters.
