March 30, 2011, the workmen of Mr. Cruz broke my Stone Turtle (Yard Ornament), which cost me $150. He promised three times to come by and either repair it or reimburse me for it. He repaired the roof of my church and my Pastor telephoned him out of concern, he promised to contact me. My Ex-husband contacted him twice and given the same promises. My biggest concern is, I have been given a written guarantee of 25 years for labor and material, but I am sorely afraid that Mr. Cruz will not honor that promise either if a problem arises prior to 2036. PLEASE NOTE: My Stone Turtle was NOT even remotely an obstacle for them to reach the roof. There was NO need to move it.
