March 30, 2011, the workmen of Mr. Cruz broke my Stone Turtle (Yard Ornament), which cost me $150. He promised three times to come by and either repair it or reimburse me for it. He repaired the roof of my church and my Pastor telephoned him out of concern, he promised to contact me. My Ex-husband contacted him twice and given the same promises.
