This furniture company is as shady as they come -- and this is from personal experience. Once they get your money, forget complaining or trying to get a refund or an exchange. There is no such thing despite what their website says. Forget the BBB - they know about this company but they don't have the power to enforce anything. It's not even worth going through small claims court -- it's just too much of a bother to deal with these people who are elusive and obnoxious. Trust me. Don't read the online reviews either because most of them are fake websites created by companies like them. I've tried to leave reviews on these sites and once you hit "Submit", nothing happens.
