This furniture company is as shady as they come -- and this is from personal experience. Once they get your money, forget complaining or trying to get a refund or an exchange. There is no such thing despite what their website says. Forget the BBB - they know about this company but they don't have the power to enforce anything. It's not even worth going through small claims court -- it's just too much of a bother to deal with these people who are elusive and obnoxious. Trust me.
