I sent my business laptop in for repair in June of '08. They informed me that it was going to cost $298 to repair the laptop. When I asked them to just send it back, they said THAT would cost $175 for benchwork. I decided to have them "repair" the laptop and began making payments. They indicated in an early email that once they received approximately $175, they would order the parts and begin the repairs. That amount had been received by them in December. In January, they received the final payment and indicated at THAT time that it would take 22 business days to fix the laptop and I would receive notice when it was ready to be shipped out. The last contact, of any kind, that I have been able to get from them was around January 22. I have made numerous attempts to contact them via email and telephone, and have gotten NO response whatsoever. I strongly caution anyone at all from doing business of any type with this company. I fear that I am out $298 AND my laptop. Hopefully, by posting here, I can save someone else the time, money and aggravation that I have had to deal with by allowing this less than trustworthy company handle my computer repairs.
