This company advertises low cost metal carports, collects a deposit of $70.00 or more, then denies refunds when their third-party installers fail to appear to deliver and install the carport. They claim the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of consumer protection laws. I paid the deposit thru Paypal using my Amex card. I did this to protect myself against unscrupulous companies such as this one. I promptly notified Amex of the problem and initiated a chargeback. Beware!
