This company advertises low cost metal carports, collects a deposit of $70.00 or more, then denies refunds when their third-party installers fail to appear to deliver and install the carport. They claim the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of consumer protection laws. I paid the deposit thru Paypal using my Amex card.
