I was tracking a package from seventhavenue and saw that a notice was left in my mailbox on May 27, 2011. I went and checked and no notice was left. I called and scheduled a redelivery for Wed, June 1, 2011. No attempt was made and again no notice. So I scheduled another redelivery today and as of now no attempt and no notice. I did go to the post office and they were clueless, no attempt to contact the driver no nothing. This is not the first issue with them. In Feb I had ordered Jewerly for my sister's wedding. I tracked it online and it said it was delievered to me. I never got it, went to the post office and they said they would talk to the driver and call me, no call ever came. I called both companies and they did send it to the right address yet the mailman messed up and the post office covered up. They are rude when you go in, they just do not care. I am tired of taking time off to sit at home waiting for the mailman. If he had left a notice I would have gone and gotten my package but he was too lazy to even do that.
