I have never has such bad service from any company! I have ordered sliding doors from Elwierda Glass to enclose my patio. After I accepted and signed the quotation on the 5th of February 2010, I phoned a week later to enquire about the installation date of the sliding doors and windows. I was told that it would happen on the next Thursday, one week after. That next Friday I phoned again. I was told that they would come a week later. So I waited. Again I had to phone them, and after the 3rd call they came to install the doors on a Friday afternoon. They did not finish, and I was told that they would come and finish the job the next Monday (8 March 210). It is the 24th of March today, and the doors are still not fixedfinished, nor did anyone call to give me a status update.

I am VERY dissapointed with the service I got from these people, and would not recommend them to anyone.
