I have never has such bad service from any company! I have ordered sliding doors from Elwierda Glass to enclose my patio. After I accepted and signed the quotation on the 5th of February 2010, I phoned a week later to enquire about the installation date of the sliding doors and windows. I was told that it would happen on the next Thursday, one week after. That next Friday I phoned again. I was told that they would come a week later. So I waited.
