I purchased Emerson's 1.1 cu. ft. Capacity Countertop Microwave Oven, on Jan. 22, 2010 and because the faceplate started cracking (plastic) had to return it 31 days later. On Feb. 23, 2010 I decided to purchase the next smaller Emerson microwave version with the hopes that it was a better product. This one didn't even last 30 days. The same defect has already started to occur, the faceplate is cracking. It is going to be returned too and most assuredly..."I will not look to be purchasing another Emerson microwave nor product again." I recommend that Emerson go back to the drawing board on this product. Supply a product that matches the value of your customers hard earned dollar and stop supplying doll house products.
