Much like the previous complaint I sent a large sum of money on new cabinets. Tom was very responsive prior to my order. Unlike the previous person there were missing parts (hardware mainly) and incorrect drawer fronts and rollouts. At first Tom did respond and promised to correct the situation, even told me the parts had been ordered (which turns out they weren't). After filing a complaint via the local BBB Tom did respond and corrected most of the issues. He also promised to make good on the rest. Nothing further happened and I recieved the BBB response in which Tom stated that the remaining issues were installer related. This is not my1st remodel job. I have validated with a local dealer and Karftmaid that the wrong parts were ordered. I did manage to get Tom to answer the phone while I was leaving a message about the BBB. He told me Kraftmaid was wrong but he would check into it and respond. Of course I haven't heard from him since.
