Much like the previous complaint I sent a large sum of money on new cabinets. Tom was very responsive prior to my order. Unlike the previous person there were missing parts (hardware mainly) and incorrect drawer fronts and rollouts. At first Tom did respond and promised to correct the situation, even told me the parts had been ordered (which turns out they weren't).
