All I know is that when I logged onto my us direct express card line to view my balance, I saw 2 seperate charges of $16.95 on 11/04/09. The first was from "easy saver"? The second was from "Encore marketing"? Both said "cash purchase. Then the #8778449554, then MD after that on the easy saver charge. On the "Encore marketing" charge it said *EMI Encore marketing, 800-444-9800, MD. I called this 800# only to get a machine asking me to put in my phone# to access my account, I did, then the recording said it did not recognize the #. I repeated the # and the machine kept repeating, "I don't recognize the phone # please enter it again. !!!#^&((*^$#@!!! That is what I have to say. Now what do I do?
