All I know is that when I logged onto my us direct express card line to view my balance, I saw 2 seperate charges of $16.95 on 11/04/09. The first was from "easy saver"? The second was from "Encore marketing"? Both said "cash purchase. Then the #8778449554, then MD after that on the easy saver charge.
