Tried for 4 days to reserve mid or full size car but 2 locations could'nt tell me if they would have anything
even went to cheshire location to see if full size was available, they thought I was fedx? no looking for full
size YES I HAVE A RESERVATION, nothing. Called another on Howell Mill he said yes I'll get you one... great

This car was really nasty but it's all they had...Took me 4HOURS!!! to clean interior stained seats dirt on visors mats were black, arm rest... black, carpet dirty, back seat looked like someone threw up... outside
dirty... flat tire... keyless needed battery... CAR is only 1 year old Finally it looks like the car enterprize
should rent... SUGGESTION stop renting to 20 something idiots, keep your cars clean and move away
from this part of town.
