Tried for 4 days to reserve mid or full size car but 2 locations could'nt tell me if they would have anything even went to cheshire location to see if full size was available, they thought I was fedx? no looking for full size YES I HAVE A RESERVATION, nothing. Called another on Howell Mill he said yes I'll get you one... great I reserved there.
