Enterprise Floors has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid them almost $5000 May, 2010 for laminate flooring. We had so much trouble with the flooring that we ended up having to hire another company 7 months later to remove the flooring and put new down. Enterprise would not cooperate with us. After an inspection company came out, Michael Rafi, the owner agreed to refund us $2000. Then, he changed his mind and said he would only give us back $1000. Now he won't give us back anything because he was mad that I complained about his company. He has constantly lied and gone back on his word. We have nothing to show for all the money we gave him. He is a crook and I am so sorry I ever did business with him. He is Not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and has many complaints listed on numerous consumer websites. I should have checked this out before. Now I have to sue him to get any of my promised money back.
