Enterprise Floors has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid them almost $5000 May, 2010 for laminate flooring. We had so much trouble with the flooring that we ended up having to hire another company 7 months later to remove the flooring and put new down. Enterprise would not cooperate with us. After an inspection company came out, Michael Rafi, the owner agreed to refund us $2000. Then, he changed his mind and said he would only give us back $1000.
