I reserved and rented a car from Enterprise online at the Manchester, NH Airport on 04/05/2012. I have to congratulate this company on their customer service skills. From the first person who greeted me at the rental counter Tom DiPalma, continuing to the pickup of the Chrysler 300 from a young man named Chris (did not get his last name) and another young man (I am sorry,whose name I did not get at all), they had the car warmed up, seats warmed, had bottled water for myself and passenger, and loaded our bags into the trunk. This was followed by explicit instructions on how to operate all the bells and whistles on the car. All three young men very friendly and could not do enough to help us. Upon return to the airport, again we were greeted by two very enthusiastic young men who retrieved our baggage and asked if there was anything else they could do to help us. I manage staff in the healthcare service industry and know the value of staff who can demonstrate excellent customer service. Congratulations to these young men and Enterprise for a job very well done! Dotti Brown
