I reserved and rented a car from Enterprise online at the Manchester, NH Airport on 04/05/2012. I have to congratulate this company on their customer service skills. From the first person who greeted me at the rental counter Tom DiPalma, continuing to the pickup of the Chrysler 300 from a young man named Chris (did not get his last name) and another young man (I am sorry,whose name I did not get at all), they had the car warmed up, seats warmed, had bottled water for myself and passenger, and loaded our bags into the trunk.
