One of the waitresses at Esquire Kitchen (at Tesco, Puchong) was very rude. When I presented her a 30% discount voucher (a birthday gift that i got for being Jusco card member) and asked her how it can be used at EK, the first thing she said loudly was "is it expired, is it expired already?" without turning the voucher around to check its expiration date. When we went over the set menu, she spoke loudly again "voucher cannot be used on set meal". As she said so, we went ahead to order the a la carte which will take my family longer time to decide. She sounded unhappy when we did not take any of her recommendations and walked off immediately with my last word still partially hanging at my tongue. She ruined our good mood for a family dine-out!
