One of the waitresses at Esquire Kitchen (at Tesco, Puchong) was very rude. When I presented her a 30% discount voucher (a birthday gift that i got for being Jusco card member) and asked her how it can be used at EK, the first thing she said loudly was "is it expired, is it expired already?" without turning the voucher around to check its expiration date.
