Ordered a Shark Navigator Lift Away Vac on Jan 4, 2011 after seeing infomercial. Paid for order by credit card & paid extra for rush shipping. Call centre agent assured me 5-6 day delivery. On Jan 10th, I called to track order. They had the wrong expiry date for my credit card so it was not shipped. They had both my email & tel. number, but did not contact me. I gave correct expiry date & agent confirmed charge was approved, assuring me order would be rush shipped. On Jan 11th, I received an email stating they were sold out (???) and back-ordered. They gave both an order number & back-order number. Today is Jan 30th. I have called 4 more times & finally found that they charged my C/C buy never processed the order, even though they provided order number & back-order number. Call centre gave me their head office number, but head office is closed as they are in the east. My friends highly recommend the Shark Navigator, but getting delivery is a difficult task.
